HM Digital HM Digital - Dual Inline TDS Meter DM-1
Using a RODI system without a TDS meter is like driving a car without a speedometer and gas gauge. At some point you will end up in trouble. With RODI systems it is TDS that you will want to monitor for performance and filter quality. By using a dual TDS meter it will allow you to see your TDS readings in two places. We will usually suggest putting one probe before the DI stage and one after the DI stage to show what your RO is producing for water quality and then how your DI is performing by removing all remaining TDS from the final product water. The DM-1 Dual Inline TDS Meter from HM Digital is one of the most important reverse osmosis accessories. This tool monitors the TDS of your reverse osmosis system in two places and lets you know exactly how the system is performing. Reef Amorous suggests: installing the dual TDS meter post membrane and post DI stage. These two readings will notify you when it's time to change the RO membrane and DI resin. This unit features a digital display and comes with two 1/4" GA Murdock Quick Connect Tee's with double o-rings to ensure a proper seal. 10 INCH WATER FILTER HOUSING The 10 inch clear water filter housing is a great add on filter canister for anyone looking to add more filtration to their RO or RODI system. An additional filter helps improve your filtered water quality. LETS YOU ADD AN ADDITIONAL FILTER With our RO filter housing, you can add an additional pre filter sediment cartridge, carbon block, DI cartridge, or Chloramine/VOC removal cartridge to your water filter unit. REFILLABLE CLEAR CANISTER This reverse osmosis water filter canister housing is easy to install and service. The clear housing makes it convenient to view when the material inside has been depleted. 1/4 INCH QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS Water filter housing with 1/4 inch quick connect fittings and 5' of 1/4 inch tubing included with a canister wrench. Our 10" clear canister accepts standard 10" x 2" diameter cartridges. IDEAL PREFILTER FOR HIGH SEDIMENT WATER Standard RO units include a one to five micron sediment filter. In areas with high sediment content in the water, it is necessary to add a larger micron filter before the RO unit. Simply plumb this canister before your RO unit and add a 25 or 50 micron 10" sediment cartridge. This will ensure your RO cartridges last longer.
