At Reef Amorous, we take great care in ensuring that all products reach you in excellent condition and meet the highest quality standards. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Live Animals & Perishable Goods (Fish, Corals, Invertebrates, Live Plants)
Due to the sensitive nature of live marine livestock, all sales are final for:
- Marine fish
- Corals
- Invertebrates
- Live plants and algae
We do not accept returns or exchanges for live animals once they have been collected.

2. Dry Goods (Equipment, Food, Supplements, Accessories)
For non-living products, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The item is in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
3. Non-returnable dry goods include:
- Opened food products
- Used equipment
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive items
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued as store credit only
- Processing time is 5–10 business days
We do not offer cash or card (Visa/Mastercard) refunds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was sent by us
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
